Boorkoom - Yuraygir National Park is located on the slopes of a grassy headland with access to the beach and rock shelves. There are BBQ facilities for cooking as open fires are not permitted. A good spot for fishing, surfing and hiking. Limited shade is available so come prepared.

If you like a tent with an ocean view, Boorkoom is for you.

Cost: $11.50 per adult per night. $6 per child per night. Children under 5 years are free of charge. Holidays and long weekends a minimum camping fee of $23 per site per night applies. Bookings are not available for this campground. Park entry fees apply, $8 per vehicle per day.

Getting there: Off the Pacific Hwy, a short drive south of Grafton, turn left at Eight Mile Lane and follow it till it becomes Wolli Road. Continue about 30km. Turn left at Diggers Camp Road and continue 7km to the site. -29.819966, 153.291278
