Crystal Creek Beach Camping, North of Townsville is shady dispersed bush camping north of Crystal Creek set between wetland area and the ocean beach. There's a boat ramp at Crystal Creek for the anglers. There are no facilities so campers will need to come full equipped. Rom for caravan's, trailers and tent based camping. The site is FREE and Pet Friendly.

Getting there:  From the Bruce Hwy at Mutarnee, turn into Barrilgie Rd at the signed Crystal Creek Caravan Park. Follow Barrilgie Rd out to the boat ramp at the head of Crystal Creek. From the boat ramp area follow the unsealed road north several kilometers until you come to dispersed bush camping behind the ocean beach after the dispersed private beach huts.
