Queen Mary Falls Caravan Park provides lush green open grassed areas and tall shady gum trees giving campers and caravaners comfortable outdoor conditions. A fully equipped camp kitchen with large gas BBQ and wood heater is available. Campers are also able to enjoy open fires, powered sites and  toilet facilities." The falls" Cafe located at the entrance to the park provides country style breakfasts, lunches and morning/afternoon teas to be enjoyed on the deck.

This is hardly bush camping, but the park provides a great base camp for hiking to the various falls and lookouts in the area, the opportunity to visit a number of the regions historical towns and villages, or a 4WD trip up the beautiful Condamine Gorge.
