Bald Rock Creek, Girraween National Park, is a well shaded forested area set amongst stunning and dramatic landscape. The park plays host to massive granite outcrops, large angular tors, and precariously balanced boulders which makes for exciting bush walking and sight seeing. The campground has all the facilities including bbq's , warm showers and toilets, and is well suited for tent camping and  motorhomes.

Fires are permitted in the designated areas and there is access to water though it is recommended you boil before consuming.

Getting there: At Wyberba, (which is half way between Stanthorpe and Tenterfield on the Qld side of the border) take Pyramids Rd. Follow this out to the National Park and signed Camp ground.
