Davon's Flat, Howqua Hills Historic Area, is a large grassed area with some shade on the Howqua River just east of Sheepyard Flat Camp area. Great space for large groups. Popular with trail bike riders Good for tent and trailer camping. Relatively easy to get to but may become difficult for conventional vehicles during wet weather. Site is FREE and Pet Friendly.

Getting there: From the Mt Buller Tourist Rd take Grammer School Rd at Merijig (Halfway between Mansfield and Mt Buller). This gravel road becomes Howqua Track and will take you out to the Sheepyard Flat camp area. From here take Brocks Rd about 600m east out to the well sign campsite. Note: Access may be difficult by conventional vehicle during wet weather.
