Bark Hut, Mount Kaputar National Park, lies just west of the town of Narrabri. The site is suitable for camper van and tent based camping. The site is pay to stay and provides an amenities block, picnic tables, barbecue facilities, drinking water, showers and toilets. The site is a great spot to explore the National Park either by foot or mountain bike. Enjoy the wildlife, ancient heritage, the walks, the views or have a cycling adventure.

There is no reception and the site is not suitable for domestic pets, caravans or large trailers.

Cost: $6 per adult per night. $3.50 per child per night. Camping fees are paid via envelopes located at the pay station near the amenities block, change is not available.

Getting there: From Narrabri take Maitland/Old Gunnedah Road out of town. Take a left onto Kaputar Rd and follow 46km out to campsite.
