Forest Tops, Border Rangers National Park is a secluded little campsite deep in the rainforest. It has great access to hikes and lookouts and is a perfect spot to set up base camp and explore all the National Park has to offer. To make life a little easier, the site has a free gas/electric barbecue, toilets and a rustic bush shelter with tables and a fire place.

Cost: $6 per adult per night. $3.50 per child per night. Bookings are not available for this campground. $8 Entry Fee per vehicle per day applies.

Getting there: Located just off the Tweed Range Scenic drive, about 10km from the western edge of the park. From Simes Road, drive 10km along Wangaree Forest Road until you reach the campground. The road is unsealed road but 2WD vehicles should be able to access the site in all weather.
